IMVUBU was made in South Africa by the best ferro boat builders there is,i have photos of her being layed up.
Hull and decks are in perfect condition,no rust stains or cracks,been over 2 years since she was hauled out and she is still clean and still not a stain anywhere.(be very careful of boats that have JUST been painted) my dad used to say a coat of paint will hide a lot of grief
She has sailed from South Africa to England then to Australia and has been here for many years,and can sail it all again as she is in fantastic condition.
She comes with pen fees paid till December and is located near Mandurah where live aboard is ok and fees include all power and water useage, its very cheap living.

75hp Yanmar turbo diesel new 150 hours ago (not recon)only uses 2 litres an hour at 1900rpm and aprox 6 knots service everty 50 hrs by me,im a diesel mechanic of over 30 years
Gearbox,shaft and prop new 150hrs ago
55litre day tank new 150hrs ago with a 400litre midship diesel tank
4.5KVA Panda diesel genset 265hrs useing less than half litre an hour under full load just had new raw water impeller and shaft bearings
Split system aircon (works sooo good in summer)
Radar,chart plotter,2 sounders,flares,epirb,compass etc all new less than 2 years ago
12 volt-240 volt LCD inbuilt DVD player wall mounted tv 6 months old
Sails were new 3 years ago including furling headsail and taken down and stored when not used for extended times(winter) still like new condition now
Alloy masts with all rigging in great cond'
Running hot/cold water with 45 litre hot water system fed from 2 large water tanks
Electric head with holding tank with level alarms
A bathroom that is spotlessly clean and looks like new with good quallity tap fittings and fixtures
Near new gas mevs oven,cook top with gas alarm system and a marine gas bottle
12 volt lighting every where including under all floor hatches and over engine and genset
Good ground tackle 35 metres 10mm and 15metres 12mm with rope with a very strong mechanical winch (wont ever fail like some electric winches)
Windvane self steerer ARIES and very strong and works perfectly (like the anchor winch the electrics wont let you down on this self steering auto pilot)
Deep cycle 110 amp batteries x2, marine N70 main engine battery, genset start battery all set up on a smart charger from yanmars alternator and monitering chargers on all batteries from the genset power, genset will run hot water system or aircon,fridge,chargers,tv,laptops,as its puresine power and all for less than half a litre an hour
All deck hard wear is in excellent order,i serviced all winches last year before i sailed to the Abholist islands,ropes etc are in great condition
Hidden away under the front double bed is a new marine fully automatic washing machine plumbed and ready to go.
Imvubu is very well layed out and a pleasure to sail and at 12 ton she handles really well in rough waters, ive sailed her in 42 knot gusts under a reefed main for over 12 hours 60 miles of Geraldton(not by choice... we all make mistakes eh) and never got wet,cold but not wet
